We bought a pressure washer from BBS a couple years ago and the unloader valve spring was broken. Steve walked me through how to diagnose the problem, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem. We also had a burner issue a little bit ago and he was also able to walk me through fixing that over the phone. Good people to work with, and very knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely recommend.
