He followed up with me on all the questions I had, and took care of everything I wanted. I feel great about my purchase and I will definitely be taking my business to Lincoln Heights Ford, and Mo, again in the future!

Have always been impressed with the attention paid by all the sales staff [and the service department guys] into making the purchase of a vehicle as painless as possible. Let's face it, buying a "new" car is a challenging process. Lincoln Heights helps ease that challenge.
Mr. Bell is to be congratulated on developing such a great environment for customers, and in hiring people [guys like you and Brian] that offer such great service.

(September 12, 2019, 1:14 pm)These guys are fantastic! Cut me a new key and reprogrammed and reset a sensor all on 15 mins notice. In and out in a half hour and they have the most comfortable leather chairs I've ever sat in near the parts counter. Highly recommend this dealership.
