I felt very relaxed in dealing with him and very confident in his knowledge of the products. Made this buying experience worth the visit to Ottawa's Leon's West. I definitely recommend Mr. Lafave as your sales associate. I will be seeing him again for future purchases.

He went above & beyond - very impressive considering that nowadays, great customer service has gone by the wayside. Thank you so very much. I love the new sofa!
