  Rishma is a professional and knowledgeable reflexologist. I didn't know much about reflexology when we met, and honestly tried her simply because she was a fellow member at BNI. I remember how despite that I didn't fill out the details of all my health issues, she figured them out by touching my feet!! I couldn't believe it. I still don't understand it, but here I am 3 years later, I still see Rishma regularly as I have seen and noticed the effects of her treatments in many areas. I want to be detailed, but for privacy reasons I will not disclose my health issues. She has been a real blessing for my physical and mental well-being! I recommend reflexology in general, and specifically by her to everyone! If you want a natural way to help your body, reflexology is definitely the way.

  I cannot even begin to describe how much I appreciate and have grown to love and admire Rishma. First, she is soft spoken and right away makes you feel comfortable and at home with her. She had a gentle soul and she has a healer soul and you can feel it oozing from her the moment you meet her. I have had issues with migraines and digestion basically my whole life but in the last 6 months, particularly my digestive issues had hit an all time unbearable high and even the gastroenterologist was unable to help me. He basically told me that yes my stomach lining was severely inflamed and I have Cell markers for stomach and bowel cancer, but nothing significant was showing that he could see. So he sent me on my way. Even though I had no appetite. Couldn't keep food down. Could barely leave my house. I am a single mother of two and a self employed realtor who needs to support my household. Things were becoming desperate. I had seen everyone I thought who could help me. Then I heard that Rishma was helping people through Reflexology, through the feet. It sounds strange that she could help your body through your feet. But at this point I was desperate. I'm also a type A personality so I have a hard time relaxing and settling down and relaxing. After the first session and during I already felt a difference. I felt relaxed. After two sessions my appetite was back. After 4 sessions I began feeling like myself! And after 5 sessions I can honestly say she has cured my digestive system. I cannot recommend her enough. I'm even waking up early without an alarm clock as if my sleep cycle has changed. And I'm waking up refreshed ready to start my day. I will keep going because I want to keep feeling amazing. Rishma, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and from my soul (and soles) to yours! ❤️

  She has a gift. I have an autoimmune disorder that causes severe and dibilating pain in my legs. I am now virtually pain free because of rishma. She is also a wonderful human being who loves what she does and loves her patients. And it flows through in her treatments. She will change your life. I truly mean that.

  She is kind, honest and very knowledgeable, and her techniques are effective and lasting. I loved every minute of my session! It was awesome!

  Rishma's calming and soothing energy makes her reflexology sessions more powerful. After each session I feel so relaxed and so full of energy with all the stress and tension gone from mind and body. I highly recommend Rishma.
