  I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time. I sold a property in Stonebridge in Ottawa and used Remi Morvan as my agent. I talked to a variety of different agents before deciding to go with him.
  
  I could tell right away that Remi tells it like it is, and didn’t give me a big sales pitch to try and win over my business. I was impressed by his personality, experience, and reputation.
  
  Did I ever make a good decision by going with him as my agent. He really went to bat for me in the negotiation process. He had really good logic of when to stand firm on negotiating and when to compromise. He always made sure that I was 100% comfortable with what we decided on and wasn’t pushy at all.
  
  We could have sold the property earlier but he encouraged me to hold out in order to get a better offer. Their offer wasn’t even that much lower then asking but Remi was confident that we could get more. He created a lot more work for himself just to make me a bit extra. I was really impressed by that and it cemented my feelings that Remi goes to bat for his clients.
  
  Included in the sale was a house staging expert. She visits your home and tries to use what you have, if possible, to create the best layout and design. If you don’t have the right furniture they have some available for rent. For my situation I was able to use the furniture I had and didn’t have to pay at all. What a difference she made. The house completely transformed for the better. It is a very easy and painless process and ensures you get the most value out of your home.
  
  If your looking for an agent you can trust, is honest, tells it like it is, and always has your best interests at heart, Remi Morvan is your man!

  Loved their courteous service and super helpful find the house of our dreams - They really go to bat for you when it comes to negotiating. 110% recommended.
