I visited for the first time a few weeks ago and the first thing that struck me was how exceptionally welcoming everyone, including the minister, happened to be. In fact, at the start of the service, the minister greeted the three or four visitors that day by name and introduced them briefly to the congregation. It certainly felt like a healthy church community. Plus, the weekend I visited they happened to have a barbecue, so I got a hot dog too at the end of the service.
