As a tenant renting from this company it's really comforting knowing I can come across an issue, contact them and have it fixed within 24 hours. I've rented with other big companies and this concept was non existent. Thankful to be in great hands. I really appreciate Justin for always being positive and reassuring whenever something goes wrong!

Fahel & Co is one of the best property management companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their staff is extremely friendly and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to all area's of tenant placement, managing the property and maintenance. They currently manage one of my investment properties and it has been hands down the best experience. I was searching through google when I came across a couple of their ads and decided to give them a call. Best decision I've made for my property hands down. Within a week of calling them, they brought in their in house team to take care of all scuffs on the walls, paint several rooms, find the greatest pair of tenants and set up automatic deposits right into my bank account. I thought to myself I may have overwhelmed them by asking for daily updates but to my surprise I got a call from them everyday for 2 weeks during the whole start up process. If you're shopping around, stop and call this team, they are absolutely fantastic!
