Mooney's Bay Park and Beach

The change rooms here have improved their accessibility and everything else they can control is very good. There needs to be an easier way to get to the throwing circle.

This park is clean and wonderful place for children to enjoy. There is near by athletic training center so you can fit your self over there and you can enjoy the water too

Mooney's Bay is fun. We love the Canada 150 park. Very big. So big that depending on the age of your kids on a weekend you may need one parent per child. There are fun facts hidden on each structure. Fun to find for older kids. The other play structure near the burger place is awesome too. Nice area to walk around too. Good paths. BBQs and picnic tables are there for picnics. Very pretty. There is also a pirate ship in the water. I have not been swimming there for a while I hope to go this summer. There are also tennis courts and a work out structure.

Great place for kids with a giant play structure plus a smaller one beside the pavilion. There is also new excerise equipment at the south end of the park. Small BBQ stations are available first come first serve. The actual Pavilion is old and worn and should be torn down to make way for something greater. Make Mooney's Bay great again.

One of my favourite spots in the city. Love climbing the hill and watching kids roll down. A perfect sunny day spot to picnic with your team of hooligans. There's also a beach to play volleyball, or just relax as you watch local rowers practice their moves in the canal. A children's park, supposedly the largest in Canada, is right next to the hill.
