  Service is great, you can book online too. Always rent from uhaul and never had a problem.

  While we booked several weeks in advance in hopes of getting a location in the West end, we were rerouted to the Cyrville one. That said, they were very accommodating offering us a much better deal with extra kilometres to offset the difference.
  
  Was it inconvenient? Yes, but the way they handled the situation was above and beyond and we're thankful for the compromise

  Great customers service, they have different offers to meet everyone’s need, they use mobile pick up and drop of option; so, you do bot need to pick up or drop only when the staff are available. Prices are reasonable.

  I rented one of the bigger U-Haul trucks for moving day and it went smooth, service was quick, vehicle was ready upon arrival. Truck was better then I expected on gas, didn't cost much to filler back up.. they did a quick inspection at the end when we brought it back and we were soon on our way! smooth transaction thanks
