I have to update this review as after the bad experience I had with the employee, one of the Manager (Christopher) personally took care of my file and things went from really bad to very good. I would have given 5 stars if I had solely dealt with Chris but because of the employee I met at the beginning, I'm giving a 3 stars.
Very slow, do not respond back! If the person you first deal with is absent, good luck as no one will help you! I thought RBC was great, I was considering to move all my banking products there but with the current experience, OUT OF QUESTION!
Plus, no reception desk (or invisible person) so if you have a general question, you have to wait a long time to see a Teller! And by the way, the teller cannot help you!
This particular RBC is one of my favourite location because the peope who work is just awesome and very friendly. Like they always make it a point that they always ask the customers if they have been serve or someone already help them, financial advisers are also great so as the simple customer representative. Awesome service i would always go back here even if its a little too far from me.
I was just in not too long ago and dealt with a wonderful young lady, I think her name was Maury or Maurine. Anyways, she exceeded my expectations and provided me with the best customer service. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She did all she could to accommodate my needs while keeping a smile on her face. Thank you for the excellent customer service Maury/Maurine.
