Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went to the store to upgrade my phone. The staff unprompted found a way to save me 10 dollars a month, get a new phone for 0 dollars and also get 5 more gigs of data. Staff did not try to push any plans or upgrades unreasonably. All in all a great experience.

Have to call them every 3 months to keep your package down but bell is awesome.
