I have volunteered here before and have never had the pleasure to work alongside such a wonderful, passionate, and caring staff in my life. They are dedicated and truly care for the community which is best exemplified by their exemplary work on a day-to-day basis and in the many events they host such as the Fall Harvest Festival. They are really adaptive and concerned about the well-being of the kids they work with. It's a great opportunity to network while obtaining one's 40-hours as required for Ontario high school diplomas. Simply put, I highly encourage any students looking for a great place to volunteer to stop by, as I know first hand, that they will surely receive a warm welcome.
This is a great place for your kids to hangout with their friends for a while. I personally love to hangout here with my friends because it gets me away from the TV. Their is a TV their if you want to play Xbox or play station but that is not what Oya is all about. Give it a try and I am 99% sure your kid(s) will love it.
