  My less than a year old truck was damaged by the dealer while having a warranty work done at their repair bay. They sent the truck to CARSTAR Manotick for body repair. I never had a positive experience with car body shops, I thought the truck is never going to be new again and prepared to trade in the poor truck. I wasn’t thrilled. But to my surprise, this was where my bad experience ended.
  
  The guys at CARSTAR Manotick fixed the damaged areas perfectly. I’m an engineer with critical eyes. But it was really PERFECT. You won’t be able to tell it was ever damaged, even if you look for it with a spot light and a magnifier. The attention to detail on the work and care to the customer was unmatched anywhere else I’ve seen. Louise and Cole were patiently working with me the whole time, understood my frustration and concerns, facilitated my requests to the technicians fully. And the technicians must have accuracy that triumph over the robots at the factory. They even cleaned my truck all the way to the floor mats and the truck bed before delivery. In the end, the truck was made new.
  
  They changed my view for car body shops entirely. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my families and friends in the future. Not all of the shops are shabby sweatshops. One just have to find the right one. I’ve found mine.

  I can't say enough positive things about this business! I dealt with Cole for damage that, from pictures I'd provided, was thought initially to require repainting. No so, he told me once they'd had time to inspect it. Instead, they were able to buff out the affected areas, thereby saving me roughly $1000.00. Thank you, Cole, for your helpful explanations, accommodations and honesty, a quality sometimes lacking in today's business climate. I recommend Carstar Manotick most highly. They've demonstrated themselves to be totally trustworthy. Did I mention that my 2017 Ford Fusion looks almost better than the day I bought it? Amazing work! Thanks to all.

  Got into a bit of a fender bender and immediately got swindled by a towing company. While we were having a terrible week, Cole was incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us a quote that was unfortunately too high for us because we didn't have collision coverage. But he dealt with a towing bill, talking them down, and helpfully taped my bumper back up so we can get it fixed at a smaller place for cheaper. This industry is full of people who try to talk you out of your money, and especially dealing with insurance it was terrible. Overall I was extremely satisfied and grateful for Carstar and trust them 100%. Cole did a great job.
