Not only was he able to help with our phone upgrades, but he was also able to answer any question at any time with concrete answers. He was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and turned us from just a browsing client with absolutely NO intention to purchase/upgrade to making a decision on upgrading on the spot with absolute confidence in the product and service. I would go out of my way just to have him help us again.

Mobile kiosk at Merivale Costco is not only convenient but also the place where staff will make an utmost effort to get the best mobile choice possible for you. Thank you guys and keep the good work going!
