They have been providing me with top-notch customer service for more than 13 years. John has an "eagle eye" for details, and has made some very important catches for me regarding various training materials that he prints for me. He consistently goes above and beyond expectations. John is (extremely) patient, knowledgeable re technology, 100% dependable, and very (very) professional. It is always a pleasure to enter their store. I feel very fortunate to have them as part of my team. No need to go anywhere else but this UPS Store - you won't be disappointed!

(September 30, 2017, 3:20 am)John is the best owner of the store. He is very kind and helped me print atleast 450 envelopes plus another 74 envelopes. Work out great and gave me a huge discount because I had so much to print. Will come to this place instead of staples
