(January 4, 2019, 11:10 pm)I love this store! Initially, we did not have a good experience at the Merivale Rd and Meadowlands Dr location, but went back and was helped by a lovely young lady. Great variety of boots and shoes and friendly staff there ready to help. I did not find one of the managers at that location very approachable (bald, chubby), however; he was kind enough to pawn me off on the nice young lady who ended up fixing 3 other staff's mistakes and making the customer, ME AND MY HUSBAND, happy. Thanks to the kind young lady????
