(July 10, 2020, 1:54 pm)Working with Kristen has proven to be a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond to make this process smooth and stress free! We renovated our kitchen and Kristen helped us pick out the perfect quartz counter and farm sink. She also helped me pick my backsplash (and I changed my mind on that daily so it was no easy task!!). We are now renovating a bathroom and once again Kristen has been amazing. She found another perfect quartz counter and helped me pick out the perfect tile for the floor as well as lighting, sink and a faucet. Everytime I went into the store I was greeting with a huge hug. I felt an instant connection with Kristen. Renovating can be challenging but Kristan made the process enjoyable. When our kitchen counters were delivered the sink was left behind by mistake. Kristen personally delivered it to me home within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Kristen and the TGi team. Great products, and a large selection, great service and great prices.

My daughter referred Kristen to me after she was pleased and impressed with the service Kristen had provided, when finishing her basement bar.
We have a house we are renovating and Kristen went above and beyond to come to my home and quote the project on short notice. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful giving us additional design advice. The turnaround time from start to install of beautiful granite, was only 6 days!
My daughter and I were so impressed with the quality, price, and service that later she ended up re-doing her kitchen in quartz.
The installers, Dirk, Yves and Diego were very professional and did an amazing job with the install.
Our overall experience with TGI was outstanding!
Thank you so much Kristen for your expertise, professionalism and exceeding our expectations with all your personal touches. I will definitely be referring all my family and friends your way!
