After having lots of trouble with an application for a home equity loan, she took over the application and handled it with the upmost professionalism and attention to detail, turning the whole process into success.
Not only we got what we needed, but the bank went the extra mile and threw some perks to make up for the previous troublesome experience.

(March 14, 2019, 3:04 am)Always had good experiences with the bank itself. However, I work very early in the morning (430am) and when I have to stop there to use the machines and have found homeless people sleeping by the ATMs on a few occasions.
