Safari Plumbing was extremely accommodating of my ‘emergency’ situation, they were able to almost immediately send someone to resolve the issue. Safari Plumbing was proactive and provided preparatory suggestions, prior to their arrival, all of which expedited the resolution. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Given the situation, I could not have asked for a better experience and outcome.

Most recently, Bill walked me through the diagnostic process, clearly explained possible solutions along with long-term concerns. He also took the time to stop and walk through things with my wife as well to keep her informed which she greatly appreciated. I never look forward to needing a plumber, but I know I’ll call Safari if I need one.

(June 2, 2019, 8:09 pm)Strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for some serious work done or for someone looking for just simply an inspection. They are very professional and know their work, I was very pleased with the inspection and check up that led all the way to the root of the problem. They gave me a good piece of mind and as luckily for me it turned out to be condensation. Customer service has an excellent response time; the lady who took my call was very courteous and I had the gentleman at the door within 30 minutes of my call and on a holiday Sunday.

(June 2, 2019, 4:18 pm)As with previous visits, Bill and Dave did a extremely quick job that was meticulous, and professional. This was a visit for a "mystery leak" that was not easily traced. It was resolved to my entire satisfaction, and Bill offered some sound advice about maintenance, and never suggested anything that did a not necessary. I will keep them coming back!
