I don't know what the bad reviews are about. Dr. Rabinovitch was more than accommodating, thorough and helpful. He was to the point and practical.
Perhaps some people expected him to hold hands sing?
Jennifer, the Office Administrator, is efficient, thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate. She follows up on every inquiry, no matter how insignificant, and is pleasant and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her.
Saw him back in 2015 after a bad fall hitting my head. Saw Dr Rabinovitch who was very pleasant. He was thorough in his checks and answered every question I had. Only negative aspect was the wait. I had to wait over an hour and at some point thought a mistake had been been made with the scheduling. They need to get a handle on this.
