  Best hospital in Ottawa. Came here twice in a week once for me once for my son. Served fast and well. Plus everyone is really friendly.

  The nicest of people work here.
  I truly don't understand the negative reviews. This is a very simple fact of life, you reap what you sow. Be polite and unconditionally respectful to anyone and they will eventually treat you the same, even if they don't seem interested or polite at first. Although I was never treated poorly here and will go back since our relationship is based on trust and respect.

  I had to go into the ER and visit the skin and soft tissue infectious disease clinic recently. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I felt like I was the only patient there and all staff were knowledgeable & professional. The infections disease clinic doctor was amazing and the nurse Karen was just amazing- she was so caring. Thanks for the amazing care!

  I was so not prepared for the absolutely amazing and highly professional service that I received from Queensway Carleton Hospital. Nurse Andria at triage was the sweetest. She was polite, attentive and repeatedly smiled at me from behind the hugh glass wall as I waited. She happily handed cups of water to those who needed it. The staff at registration was also very chatty and in good spirits. I couldn't believe how patient they were in providing directions to someone trying to find Tim Hortons. The nurses on the inside were likewise phenomenal, with one offering to keep an eye on my baby as I went to the washroom. Because each member of staff was lovely my near 3 hour wait didn't feel so long at all. Thanks team for making my visit as smooth as it was, keep up your wonderful work!!
