Christine and the Q9 team clearly have the knowledge and networks necessary to guide a project through the complex machinations of municipal planning processes. I rarely submit online reviews but wanted to go out of my way to recognize the quality and expertise that Q9 represents. (November 10, 2020, 12:11 am)Q9 Planning + Design (Christine) has been instrumental in unblocking our application for a building permit with the City of Ottawa. We've got stuck in technicalities and the usual bureaucracy when dealing with the government (local, in this case) but Christine came up with a clear strategy to move past those roadblocks. She displayed a combination of optimism, professionalism and preparedness for anything that the city will throw at you.
With Christine representing us we knew that there is only one outcome for our minor variance application: successfully approved by CoA.
