(December 23, 2019, 9:41 pm)The service is good and friendly. I ordered one milk tea then I realize I don’t like the taste because it’s pretty strong for me. I talked to the cashier if I could change, after getting the approval from the manager, she agreed to make an another drink for free. I like how they still be happy and smile when I asked for something that might be demanding compared to other stores. Definitely come back next time with friends and family.

(December 22, 2019, 9:52 pm)The place is spacious, much more of an open concept compared to the Dalhousie (downtown) location (and washroom is WAAAAAY nicer) there are outlets to charge your devices so it’s a great hangout/study space
