  Based on reviews we had high expectations. Diners are given the option of a bowl or a wrap, with additions such as rice costing extra. The small portion of rice and very small scoop of soup was disproportionate to the pricing which was rather high for the size. It was busy and I felt rushed to choose. The website was not up for me to review prior. It's not a bad place to try but its unlikely we will get returning.

  Love this place. Great food! Their protein bowls are delicious. I also really enjoy their iced tea! Definitely one of our favorite take-out places in Barrhaven. Very delicious and fresh.

  Feels good eating here. The food is filling and depending on which toppings you choose can a really healthy fast food alternative. Simple delivery style makes way for amazing, introduction to Greek/Mediterranean inspired dishes. The "grain bowl"(saffron rice) can be a little tough sometimes but this place is highly recommended. Huge bowl for $10 plus tax.

  My wife and I went in for the first time, and as we were staring at the big board trying to figure out what to do, the employee behind the counter asked if we were new here. He then took us through the whole process step by step and helped us build our meals. I had a pita with tzatziki, feta, beef and various veggies. It was very good! I left feeling satisfied but not bogged down by my meal.

  Excellent customer service, serving excellent food!! Great music playing in the background. Clean WC. Comfortable, easy place to visit and eat leisurely. Environmentally conscious products. Will definitely go back ????????????????
