Ottawa Renovation & Construction Corp.

I recently had Ottawa Renovations and Construction complete a bathroom en-suite and main bathroom renovation.
Due to Covid-19, the supplier whom I purchased the bathroom products were unable to deliver. Aurelio picked up two vanities, bathtub and toilet in his truck and delivered them to me.
Any concerns raised during the renovations were dealt with promptly.
Aurelio and his team did a great job and I would recommend this company.
I am very pleased with the finished product. The bathrooms look amazing.

Work included: Interior painting (main floor through to the second floor landing), cutting and installing an entry door to the garage, and adding mirror closet doors in the foyer where there were previously no doors.

I requested quotes from multiple contractors and it was difficult to (a) get a response in a timely manner, or (b) get a response at all in some cases. Aurelio responded quickly to my first email and every email since, which was the first thing that enticed me to go with his company.

The quote for everything was consistent with or better than estimates from other contractors/companies for the respective work so I was assured that pricing is fair, and I've REALLY appreciated his efforts to keep the costs as close to the original quote as reasonably possible, especially as a single parent trying to stay within budget. :)

He and his colleague, Abraham, are friendly and a pleasure to have on-site. My project is targeted to be finished next week and I'm excited to attach before-and-after pictures to my review when it's complete. It's made a big difference!

Aurelio and his team at Ottawa Renovation & Construction have been doing an outstanding job with the renovation of our 3 bathrooms. We’re a week into the project and I can’t have asked for a better experience. They leave our house spotless after each day of work, they’re knowledgeable about the different products and materials available on the market, and have been working with us closely to keep everything within budget. I’d highly recommend his services for anyone doing renovations to their home.

I am not easily impressed as you can see with my other Google reviews but this contractor blew me out of the water. They responded to me every single time I had a question within 15min and took the time to listen to me and respond in a manner that educated me and made me feel comfortable. The owner was onsite everyday which I appreciated and him being so meticulous lead us to a gorgeous completed project on budget and on time, I highly recommend this company!

We started looking to fix up our house exterior by getting a few estimates from various companies.
