  Switching to Oegema for our commercial and personal insurance needs (7+ items currently insured) was the best decision ever! Marc at Oegema Nepean has been a life saver. The best customer service and attention Ive experienced with any service company. I didn't know how stress free, easy and helpful an insurance broker could be!

  Dealing with this company has been amazing.
  
  Always in communication with me and keeping me up to date with what's going on, with any large or small changes.
  
  Very willing to explain in detail and make sure I understood what was going on, and even when I didn't and I had to ask for the tenth time they didn't mind explaining me everything again.
  
  We had a lot going on personally at the time and they helped me find the best deal for my budget, did lots of work looking for the best fit for me and my needs.
  The paper work was easy to send back and forth, through email text and calling. In my experience it was very easy and peaceful interacting with my agent.
  
  It felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than an associate, I appreciate that more than anything.
  Any and all changes that needed to be made were never an issue.
  
  I recommend this company to anyone. The staff were very helpful and the process was taken care of quickly.

  We recently had an issue with our home and auto policies renewal. Katherine Evans-Bourgeault at Oegema went an extra mile for us, displaying both why brokers are important as well as what it takes to be an excellent one. We're not big Clients but she fought for us and achieved a highly satisfactory outcome. Kudos, Katherine & Thanks.
