We were really impressed with the professional service we got from MYLEE. The technician was competent and friendly. He gathered information about our problem (model # of the dryer, etc) during the initial phone call and ensured he showed up with different parts on-hand to reduce the need for a return visit.
Quickly diagnosed problems with our LG 2010 Direct Drive washer, fixed what was needed, and gave recommendations for addressing other minor problems related to our washer and dryer. Also, very friendly and personable!
Needed some work done on my LG dishwasher. Appointment was easy to schedule and was booked for the next day. I was given a two hour window and the technician came on time. The motor on the appliance needed to be changed, the work was done very quickly and care was taken not to damage anything else on the appliance or in the kitchen. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely call them back if any other appliance repairs are needed.
