Miguel walked us through the whole process from setting us up with his portal to view comps, to staging our home to listing it. With 2 days on the market we had an offer above and beyond what we listed for and closed on the sale.
I would highly recommend Miguel as a realtor not only for his skills but also the money we saved on commission fees. -

(February 5, 2021, 8:31 pm)Miguel recently represented me on a sales transaction, he was always friendly, courteous and professional and possessed a positive "can-do" attitude right from the get-go. His experience and knowledge of current market conditions enabled us to establish the right price for my property. As a result the house sold successfully within 2 weeks... and I saved thou$and$ of dollars in real estate commissions! I will never use traditional real estate agencies and pay up to 5-6% in commissions again.

A true professional with great ideas to help you get the most out of your sale. He was always available to answer any questions and truly made us feel safe and informed during the decision making process. He hired an amazing photographer that really helped the house listing stand out online.
On top of the A+ service you save money with their commission structure. Very straight forward and no unexpected fees at closing. Our total commission cost including the buying realtors side did not exceed 3% after HST.

He provided us with great suggestions in updating our home before listing. He did a fantastic job helping us stage our home. He went as far as noticing that a couple of our drawer handles were missing (we had removed them because of our toddler) that he went out and replaced them for us for the viewings.
We very much enjoyed our experience with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
