  Wonderful team. Dr. Harrison and Stefanie are amazing with rabbits. I always feel my 3 are very well cared for here.

  I finally found a Veternarian that is 100% knowledgeable about rabbits. Dr. Harrison and the vet tech were excellent. Learned so much about my bunny and he's on the road for recovery. Found out about Bunny's dental issues and arthritis. The receptionist, Melissa, was very patient and kind. Overall - Professional, helpful and caring team.

  Got an appointment for my gecko really quickly and the Vet was very thorough with examination and handled him very well. Really happy I came here.

  We have cats, dogs, and guinea pigs and use Lynwood for the whole crew! In fact, this is the BEST place to go if your menagerie includes exotics. I will never forget the care and compassion with which Dr. Roscoe treated the gerbils I lived with previously. She definitely understood the tenderness you can feel towards the tiniest creature, and was compassionate when these little friends eventually passed. Then and now, the patients are well cared for, and it's obvious all members of the staff love animals of all sorts. Staff empathize with us, sharing their own stories of training their pets, dealing with health issues and so on. Dr's Roscoe and Flegel consistently make us feel important and pampered and always make time for all our questions and concerns. Many times they have helped us with direction and resources for dealing with various behaviour problems, from cat scratching to dog on dog aggression. They explain all our drug, procedure, and surgery options, and I always know exactly what I have agreed to and been billed for. My cats' two favourite toys were knit by a member of the staff, who gave us these at our appointment . Such an amazing place. Pets and their people alike leave feeling very cared for and understood.   I brought my backyard hen in for treatment. The vet was extremely kind and accommodating. She fully explained what was going on and what my options were - and the implications of those options. At the end of the day it meant a humane euthanasia of my hen... but I felt confident it was the best thing for her. Honestly, I was impressed with this place. While the outcome was not what I hoped for, I do feel that I received the best guidance.
