(June 18, 2019, 12:59 am)I cannot say enough about this team. Julia is a pro, wise, discerning, a big time go getter with class, and has huge integrity. They enlightened us about the market with a unique perspective and resources, offered drone images, and a consultation with Lucie Meloche of Total Refresh . (Lucie's help turned out to be instrumental in the sale of our house. )
Julia explained their strategy and walked us through every step of the process. We ended up listing our home on Thursday and it sold in one hour after offers came in on Monday. 21K over asking, a record in our area for our type of home, no conditions, and 4 months for a close. We were told that the open houses were done very professionally, and the work ethic, integrity and honesty were so appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this team. They are unique in the marketplace in our opinion and their growing track record is proof. -
