  Very good service and meal! Delicious spaghetti and bolognese with meatballs. It was filling at just the right portion size, and with very nice bread to start off with before the food even came. Would recommend for sure!

  Since this is the newest East Side Mario around we decided to give it a shot. The experience was worth it. The service was great, the food was great and the portions were quite large. Our server was excellent, constantly returning to the table to ensure we had everything and that the food was too our liking. She kept bringing us, loaf after loaf of garlic bread and made sure that our all you can eat soup or salad was always at our table when we asked for more. We've been to many East Side Mario's, but this was by far our favourite.

  Experience was satisfactory. Menu has lost a lot of it's less expensive pasta plate options; or at least this location has. Management and staff are making full efforts for a great experience. Meal itself was average.

  Good food. Came as a group and we were able to enjoy ourselves. One of the dishes didn't work out for me but my friends all enjoyed theirs.

  Went on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very busy. There was a 30 minute wait for a table so we decided to eat at the bar. The bar is rather small, so I went back and asked to be seated at a table. A table became available very quickly and I asked for the food we ordered at the bar to be brought to our table. We were told it would not be a problem. However, 40 minutes later, we still did not have our food and we were told that it was prepared but it never got brought to the table. The staff were very apologetic and comped our meal and gave a voucher for $30 off our next visit. Hopefully this experience was a one-time thing and is not the norm. I will leave another review after our next visit.
