It was not something I obviously wanted to do but I must say they made the experience a very positive one. Thank you to our front line workers and thank you for making this a very satisfying experience.

(January 18, 2021, 6:50 pm)wasn't a long wait at all considering how busy it was. all the workers are extremely kind, thoughtful and considerate. everything was well organized and made the entire process for patients that much faster and easier! would definitely recommend this location!

(December 8, 2020, 12:52 pm)My experience was nothing short of amazing. I booked my appointment at 8AM for 9:20. I anticipated having to line up outside but was welcomed in without waiting. I was processed, offered the opportunity to see a doctor so that I could get a prescription if necessary without having to go to another doctor. I was seen by the doctor, had a very good exam, was given the test and was finished by 10:30. Amazing!
I checked for my results on line at 6AM this morning. The results were already available. Every person I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks to Ottawa Public Health and the Queensway Carleton Hospital Moodie Drive test site.
