  We've been here twice in the last month or so. First time the place was empty and the food was bland, completely unseasoned. The waitress educated us that some people are sick and we could fix this ourselves with the available shakers. Today everything was excellent and above: service, food, atmosphere and, even though was Valentine's Day, food was brought hot and right on time. Dinner at its best.

  I choose Chances R frequently. I have never been disappointed. This visit included my granddaughter, daughter-in-law and myself. Our orders were exactly as ordered and the service was super friendly and fast. The food was delicious. I had the chicken, brie and green apple on a ciabatta bun. It was mouth watering, warm with the brie just melted to perfection. We all walked away happy. This is a lovely restaurant with a great variety of foods. The restaurant is clean. The service is excellent. I will continue to come here and I do recommend it. Very family friendly. Parking is free! Enjoy!

  Friendly staff and Awesome service! Food is great, food is fresh! Only giving it 4 stars because their home fries is a tad salty. There were chunks of spices on the fries which made it salty in some.bites. Other than that, all is great!

  Good food, lovely staff. Good prices. A place for everyone to eat. Sunday mornings are quite popular. But not a long wait. Great service.

  Our dinner last night started with a very pleasant welcome from our server who. He brought us water with a lemon and took our appetizer order of Zucchini, which Chances R has one of the best breaded zucchini in the city. Very lightly coated with a amazing mixture of spices.
  We then placed our order, my wife ordered a chicken wrap and I ordered their baby back ribs. Both were excellent. The BBQ sauce on the ribs is a Chances R special sauce. I mentioned to our waiter how much I enjoy this sauce. He agreed that it was “special”. We were full so didn’t have any desert but when our waiter brought the bill he had an envelope for my wife and said don’t open until Christmas and a bottle of the BBQ sauce for me - with a Merry Christmas. How thoughtful.
  So, greeted with a smile, amazing appetizer, great meal all the while looked after by an excellent server. What more could you want - Christmas gifts at the end - OUTSTANDING.
  Highly recommended for a great evening.
