  I have been fortunate enough to get set up with CBI Physiotherapy as they came highly recommended to me by my insurance. They did not disappoint.
  
  The staff are what make this clinic so amazing. From the moment you step in, the front desk is always friendly and helpful. From there, you'll meet with the individual who handles claim submissions and communication with the insurance company (Kayla). Same deal, very friendly and approachable. I trust her to handle my claim forms and all that is involved (there is a lot from what I can tell).
  
  I was placed under the care of Kiera, a physiotherapist at the clinic. Kiera is such a sweet person, so easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable to discuss anything with. Throughout the appointment, I'm her top priority and she takes a lot of pride in her work. Very compassionate, professional and will honestly go out of her way to help you out. Most important part, be patient (don't expect instant results) and follow her advice (stretches, exercise, etc). You get of it what you put in.
  
  Along with Kiera, I see a kinesiologist named Josh. A straight shooter who is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He is responsible for strengthening my muscles so that I not only get better, but I improve my overall health. Excellent resource, but again, you must take away the exercises he recommends and do them on your own time. The more you stick to their instructions, the quicker you will heal. I can vouch for this, as I'm already seeing vast improvement.
  
  Finally, I met Bruce who is an RMT at the clinic. Bruce is probably the friendliest guy you will ever meet. Such a genuinely kind person, and insanely knowledgeable in massage therapy. He'll also share some tips as he's providing treatment, listen to him! He knows his stuff!
  
  I can't recommend this place enough. I went to another clinic beforehand (check my reviews), and I can tell you the difference has been night/day. If you want proper treatment and value living life without pain, don't cut corners. Visit this place, it is SO worth it. Thanks to all the staff at CBI on Greenbank, you guys are the best.
