  Solid windows, solid service for me since 1991... I drive by my first home (sold 2004) that I replaced windows / Front entry door and sidelight with beautiful glass in 1991 and the windows and doors still look amazing today...I’m sure they are very much appreciated today for their energy efficiency. Second home today ‘all’ Canadian Comfort windows/doors/patio door.... We are warm in the winter and cool in the summer… I could not believe the expertise and carpentry that the installers have and the length of time working with the company. A well seasoned company from sales to installation to service.. Well done Canadian Comfort thank you

  We just had 6 windows and a patio door upgraded by Canadian Comfort. Great experience from start to finish. A family-run business to the core, very courteous sales staff, a caring owner and a highly skilled professional installation crew combined with top-notch Ontario-made products. The results are absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!!!

  Very good experience. New windows were installed well before their estimate date. No problem on installation. There's a little problem on the window lock and Charles came the same day and fixed it in a couple minutes. To me sometimes the service is more important than the product itself. Well done!

  Everyone at Canadian Comfort windows have been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. We had a window removed - put a couch through the opening - and the window reinstalled. It was a bit of an odd job where a lot of things could have gone wrong but the entire team was great and super helpful! I highly recommend them. Thanks!

  Canadian Comfort
  
  Pros: Professional, experienced staff ranging from sales to installers, quality products, and excellent customer service.
  
  Cons: None.
  
  We had 12 windows replaced over 2 and a half days (as per the schedule for the job) for our 3-floor house. We’d never gone through the process of replacing our windows and Canadian Comfort made the process straight-forward.
  
  The sales process was great, and the salesman Jeff was very knowledgeable about their products. We appreciated that the sales process wasn’t high pressure, and Jeff took the time to explain the features and benefits so we could make an informed decision. We ended up with a solution that we’re thrilled with!
  
  Our installers Trevor and Mike arrived on time and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was top notch. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had throughout the installation. They worked efficiently without rushing, kept the workspace clean throughout the process, and tidied up before leaving for the day. One thing we really appreciated is that near the end of the job they were not in a rush to wrap up and head out. Before leaving, they walked through the features of the windows, the warranty and we didn’t feel like they were in a hurry. We also valued that they took the time to check if there was anything else we needed or any questions we had before they left the site. We felt really involved throughout the process, and respected how they treated us (especially being new to this sort of renovation).
  
  We were incredibly happy with the entire experience end-to-end. The experience was very positive and we would recommend them to anyone.
