  Absolutely amazing service! I've been to a few Bell Canada's before this and this one passes everyone by far out of the water. I was going in to get my phone replaced that was stolen and everyone was so quick and understanding! They helped me find similar phone to the one I had previously and just OUTSTANDING customer service. Yes, you'll end up paying a bit more for the plans here versus other companies but their reliability as well as their customer service that is there for you every time you walk in the door is well worth it.

  Couldn't be happier. Shauna is amazing. She was extremely helpful and went well above expectations. Knowledgeable and friendly. I will be recommending her to anyone I can.

  She was extremely helpful in assisting my family with procuring a great price on a bell bundle.
  
  She was able to answer all of my questions, and even made herself available by phone when I had additional questions as well as when I had to change my installation appointment.

  Amazing customer service. Walked in looking for a new phone on a new plan with a better rate, and Sean was able to get me exactly what I wanted for a rate that I was very pleased with!
  
  I highly recommend dealing with this location. Sean is very personable, and is not satisfied until you are completely satisfied! I know where I am going when my contract is up. Sean, you better still be there!
  
  I was even able to return the screen protector they installed and choose other accessories. Top-notch service!
