  We have been going to the Barrhaven Hearing Clinic for almost 10 years. Delia Cloutier is an excellent audiologist who cares about helping her clients have the best experience possible. For example, when I purchased my hearing aids, Delia recommended the make and model that might best suit my lifestyle. I was able to try demo hearing aids for a few weeks before making the purchase. After the purchase, Delia met with me a few times to make small adjustments to the programming. This level of customer service helped me to have a great experience with my hearing aids.
  Hearing aids are an expensive purchase and it's important to have a helpful audiologist to advise you. Customer service for repairs or questions has been consistently excellent. I would recommend this clinic for people of all ages, including children being seen at CHEO.

  I have been a client of Barrhaven Hearing Clinic for a couple of years and I agree with the other reviewers. Delia is knowledgeable, helpful and provides a very good service. Recommended.

  Delia is excellent at her profession. She is pleasant, thorough and explains everything very well to the patient. She is very open to meeting with family members as well to help with the process if you are dealing with an elderly family member. I would recommend the Barrhaven Hearing Clinic to anyone looking for any issue related to a hearing problem or concern.
