  Extremely helpful and friendly staff to help me in deciding materials to use for my deck project including calculating the quantities to build my complete project. This includes all deck boards, stairs, glass panels, posts, and everything else for a one stop shop with delivery to Gatineau!

  I started inquiring about my purchase via email. I got quick and detailed responses from Glenn. I then went this morning to complete the transaction and I got amazing customer service at the front desk where Glenn again ensured I had all my parts, measurements and custom jobs perfect. Same thing in the warehouse where the gentleman did his best to match my needs as closely as possible to minimise loss. On top of that I am very happy of the price / quality ratio I got for my rad oak mouldings and boards.
