Throughout the entire process (which lasted 12 months), Curtis systematically exceeded my expectations. He understood well my objectives, he was generous with his time and expertise and never shied away from sharing his opinion when I asked, including sharing his reservations or raising potential issues about any property, even if that made the purchase less likely.
I ended up finding what I was looking and Curtis was extremely helpful up until the very end of the process (and even afterward through his long list of connections in the trade).
I would not hesitate to seek his services again for any real estate transaction and have recommended him to friends on several occasions. -

The first one was for my son and because of the ease and professionalism dealing with Curtis on this purchase there was no question of whom I would turn to for purchasing and investment property for myself. He offers great advise on this most important life decision by letting you know if the property will be not only a good fit but a good investment as well. His friendly no pressure style is great for new home buyers and seasoned clients as well. I can't say enough about him and will definitely continue to use his services in the future. We had very specific criteria that we were looking for and Curtis never strayed from this nor pressured us into anything. His hard work and persistence helped us land our dream home. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, his knowledge of the Ottawa market is second to none. After moving into our new home Curtis has kept in touch and has become a good friend!
Oh, and he sold our house in less than a week and got multiple offers! -

Curtis was a fantastic help throughout the process. He took what could be a stressful situation and made it fun and easy. Super professional and really knows his stuff. He got us into a home that was perfect for us and we couldn't be happier. When we look to sell again down the road I will absolutely be using Curtis. The best in Ottawa hands down.
