(February 8, 2019, 2:00 pm)Probably the best GoodLife in Ottawa. Equipment all new, great location, lot of parking space. Personal trainers are great. This gym is massive so even at peak hours there's enough room for you to do your own things.

The bad.... ongoing semi-hard sell on selling us personal trainer hours and other services. Must pay extra for hit yoga. Overall expensive except when annual corporate membership.
The ugly .... During peak times wait times for machines. Extremely frustrating watching people sitting on machines playing on phones ( between sets) - they could stand or sit elsewhere between sets!!! The staff should try to discourage the useless hogging of machines.
