  Dr. Max Della Zazzera and his staff are superb and extremely accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about medical exam procedures for varying countries, and they will do their utmost to ensure that you have everything required for your application.
  
  It was a little busy when I went, but Dr. Zazzera informed me that it was only due to the recent influx of new immigration / refugee applications that require the medical exam. As a result, all panel physicians have been swamped with applications. It could occasionally be difficult to reach the receptionist during busy hours in the morning, but they always called back later in the afternoon once things became more steady.
  
  I had my medical exam results sent abroad but the results got lost in mail. In a panic, I asked whether a new original could be provided, and the receptionist told me Dr. Zazzera would have a new original prepared for me the next day. I was really impressed with the professional service and I just wanted to thank all of the helpful staff and Dr. Zazzera again for the good work that they do.
  
  Sure, it's just a medical exam and you could technically have the same one done at any panel physician, but it's reassuring to go to a doctor that really cares about the quality of his work and who has staff that do the same. I'll certainly be back for any future medical examinations and I'll be referring friends who require the same.

  Quick checks and careful answers, all staff are very nice, except for one X-ray. This clinic is highly recommended for your immigration medical examination.
