(November 1, 2019, 2:14 pm)I went to Bali at Therapeutic Massage to help with the shoulder and neck tension that had been building up from working a physically and mentally demanding job.
Leaving my massage, I feel not just more loose and mobile, but also more relaxed, and less stressed. Bali is very talented at what he does, and a wonderful guy to talk to!
I'd recommend Therapeutic Massage to anyone who has a stressful career! -

(September 12, 2019, 3:18 pm)I've had massages for most of my life. If you have deep and stubborn tension from weight-training or desk-sitting, Bali provides the necessary relief. The deep tissue release can be a painful process but it is necessary and feels awesome afterwards. He also has a great understanding of physiology and the sources of muscle tension and imbalance.
