  This little gem in Kanata has ample parking. The washrooms and tables were very clean. They have a unique way of buying a burger, first choosing a topping from a list of interesting names then meat (they have beef, chicken, turkey and a plant based burger), then a side followed by a bun. Their onion rings are to die for. The burgers we chose were delicious and generous in their portions. The server was helpful in how to make the selection, the service was quite quick, and there was was follow-up as we ate. When we left there was a line-up at the door to get in - another sign people love this place.

  Great service. Burgers are always delicious, so many choices. Love the spicy die-cut chips with beach house dip.

  Best burgers in Ottawa hands down! And by a mile the best turkey burger I've ever tasted - especially with the peppercorn-crusted version! My kids love the Tower O Rings and the many flavours of milkshakes! Highly recommended!

  We went to The Works last night for the first time as we have heard very good comments. The food was decent but not the best that we have had. We found the burgers kinda dry and not very juicy. The fries were good but very over salted. Not worth the money for what you get. There is a nice selection to choose from so we will try it again. The kids really loved the milk shakes!

  Had a great dinner out! The Works is hands down the best place to go for a burger in the west end. We went before the sens game and had great service. All the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great burger in a relaxed atmosphere. We will be back!
