Well, I been eying on the Bushnell Pro x2 to be on sale for the last year and a half, and they are NEVER on sale on anywhere, and finally I found sport chek that was on sale, and it was out of stock everywhere in Toronto, so I went into one of my local Sportchek, and ask, and they are also sold out, and one of the associate help checked and found out that there are two of them in Ottawa, in Ontario, so since the store it self doesnt normally do store transfer, so I had to call the other store, and the first thing the sales person ask me if I am going to pick it up on the same day, so obviously I cant drive 600km to Ottawa, so the associate passed on to his manager, David, and David gave me one of the best customer service you can ever imagine. He went above and beyond and get the device ship to Toronto’s store for me. Definitely will buy from sport chek again.

(June 1, 2019, 3:45 pm)Best Bike and Customer Service in Ottawa. We originally had an issue with our Bike after our tune up. We brought the bike back, explained the situation to the manager, April. She not only rectified the issue with the tune up , apologized and gave us a store credit. We did not ask or expect a store credit. Her sincerity and knowledge will have us shop no where else. Thank you April. I hope your upper management acknowledges your high standard of customer service . All your staff included. We need more of that in retail. Thank you we will tell our friends.

He is lively, knowledgeable and more importantly, makes sure you will be a happy customer whatever the circumstances. I had a long ordeal in ordering an item through the store that was first delayed and then it turned out the wrong item was shipped. Matthew took it upon himself to right the matter, stayed overtime waiting for me on one occasion, and even offered to come in on his day off. At the end of it all, I was a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back to shop again at this store.
