(May 20, 2021, 6:15 pm)Mattress Mart Kanata gets a solid stars from me. When I bought my hybrid queen bed last December, the service was very good. After a few months, I began to find it too soft. With a back problem this was proving to be painful sleeping. I had exceeded my four month trial period, and with Covid and having been hospitalized briefly in March I hadn't stayed on top of dealing with the mattress. Nevertheless, Mayaw was extremely efficient at problem solving and within hours had a very satisfactory solution for me. I appreciate her dedication to customer service, and also how easy going she was to deal with. Thank you Mattress Mart.

(March 10, 2021, 9:51 pm)I walked in not looking forward to buying a new mattress. In the past I have found it extremely difficult to make a decision with so many to choose from. As soon as I walked in and met Eva I knew this time would be different. She asked a lot of really good questions before she even showed me any beds. She showed me three beds that she thought would best meet my needs in various price ranges. She was friendly, knowledgeable and I genuinely enjoyed talking with her. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely buy my next mattresses at mattress mart!

When I was first in contact with the store on the phone, I spoke with Lori, who was extremely helpful and great to deal with. The delivery and set up of the bed was done quickly and smoothly. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Mattress Mart to everyone.
