  This studio is amazing with very knowledgeable instructors who work with you to get the most of your session in a very personalized way. I feel stronger and more stable since I joined and would highly recommend LiveBy Pilates to anybody whether you are looking to recover from an injury or strengthen your body and improve your physical well-being. Basma is fantastic, the other instructors are great too.

  I have recently begun rehab Pilates here and, for the first time in years, I have hope that I might be able to recover more completely from what’s had me down for a decade or more. The instructors are knowledgeable and thorough. Basma runs a solid business. Highly recommend this place!

  I love the pilates classes here! Being able to book online for upcoming classes makes my workouts a "I can't miss this" part of my day.
