Good morning. I wanted get this to you before the year ends. I have just moved to Ottawa and have decided to get rid of my car. I came from a northern community and travelled Hwy 400 but do not want to deal with Ottawa traffic. I just wanted you to know how pleased I have been with the bus service. I am getting around quite well with the help of the drivers who have shown me the utmost courtesy. I already have a Presto card and will keep track of my trips and may apply for a senior's monthly card in the new year. I think it is wonderful that seniors ride free on Wednesdays . I love Ottawa and am settling in. Happy Holidays
