I am very please with the care we get from Dr. Kasbia, his office staff are comprised of his wife and another person. However, this other person i find is rude when you call and abrubt. She needs to learn how to speak with the public. It would be nice to have a friendly greeting when you arrive, and have a smile during your visit to make you feel comfortable.
