  I brought my car in for only a oil service and DJ the manager helped me out and went above and beyond in letting me know other things that need attention, Dj even went to as far as showing me actually what the issues are under my car and under my hood went into detail. Jae was working on my car from their basement. The service was exceptional the staff notice I was wearing my work shirt and mentioned because of where I work I get a discount. I will definately go back there and I recommend people to go there.

  Another great experience getting my snow tires on and an oil change by a team who clearly loves what they do and are good at it!!The turn around was quick and efficient and the staff friendly, knowledgable and professional. They offer a variety of oils and explain any issues clearly with no hard sell. I like that because no one needs a hard sell, just good information to make an informed decision. The free coffee and treats were a bonus but really I drive here all the way from Manotick because as a customer I have not been able to get the same level of excellent service elsewhere... so worth the drive!

  An overall great experience Everytime we get an oil change. From the customer service to the quality and pricing???? And the waiting room is very convenient. We at SPIFFY CAR CARE bring all of our work vehicles to jiffy lube for oil changes, and tire changes .Thanks jiffy lube????
