(January 25, 2019, 7:44 pm)If you're looking for an alternative to the box gyms this is a great option! The workouts are always different and you will leave feeling great every time. The staff are always very friendly making you feel welcome and checking in to ensure you're happy. The trainers are both knowledgeable and helpful able to accommodate despite your level of Fitness or if there injury you need to work around. If you're curious I'd definitely give it a try.

You are always greeted with a smile, trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, the studio is impeccably clean, the shakes are tasty and the complementary coffee a nice pre-workout boost! Every time I work out here I leave with a smile (and a sweaty shirt). Love it!
